MORE ABOUT THE STORY: Anne Frank’s diary is not only a document of suffering and the Jewish fate, but also the story of a child who finds oneself in this fate, and because of this fate they have learned to love, judge, forgive, laugh and understand. They learn what fear is as well good fortune and misfortune.
The performance brings the 14-year-old child met in the diary closer. The performance is a one-person play, bringing to life the diary, and the mental state that develops in the child as a result of war, persecution and exclusion.
ABOUT S. K. TÁRSULAT: The S. K. TÁRSULAT was founded with the aim of bringing high-quality performances to settlements where they cannot afford the productions of the big theaters. We were created to refresh the old days when we played without thinking, when it was a pleasure to rehearse and stand in front of an audience.
We wanted and want to do theater, to play with all our heart and soul. We believed and still believe that the adult troupe has a right to exist and there is a need to create high-quality performances. Our goal is to entertain, so we mostly stage fun plays. Lately, however, we have been performing mainly chamber pieces with a more serious tone.
